Geeriee Lewis aka “Ree,” discovered her love for speech and drama while in elementary, middle and high school. She competed in city-wide speech competitions and is best known for acting in short skits derived from very popular poems such as Langston Hughes’, “Mother to Son,” Paul Lawrence Dunbar’s, “In The Morning,” and Dr. King’s “I Have A Dream” speech, as well as performing at churches, schools and family gatherings. She attended the University of Maryland, and currently works for the Federal Government as a Human Resource Specialist. Geeriee is the very proud mother of Anthony T. Anderson, Jr.  She’s an active member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, in Washington, DC, where she is engaged in the women’s ministry, prison ministry, missionary and single’s ministry. She is saved and a devoted Christian who loves the Lord.
