Nathan Eric Butts has been acting, dancing, modeling, and singing since he led New Chapel Christian Academy’s 2006 kindergarten school down the aisle for graduation singing “We Give God the Praise.” He was trained at the Talent for Kids drama class in Clinton, MD and was awarded “Star of the Class,” and an actor was born. Recently he served as the co-host for their annual modeling competition. This active pre-teen pop-locks and crunk dances in school talent shows, then hand dances with his grandfather’s group —  7 Step Hand Dance Academy, Inc.  Nathan regularly models with Ladies of Style, a group that makes all their fashions.  Over the years, Nathan has held starring roles in several plays by the performing arts camp —Life Camp, such as:  Fame, School House Rock, Candy Cane Lane, and Annie. He played, Tin Man in the “The Wiz” to their largest audience.  While acting maybe Nathan’s first love, he is a serious student.  He is an attends Grace Brethren Christian School where he holds an A average.  His diversity extends to athletics.  Nathan was the 2013 Potomac Valley Athletic Conference (PVAC) Middle School Cross Country Champion where his dad volunteers as the Assistant Coach.  He is an avid Christian who loves the Lord and gives back by volunteering at a local SHARE program.  Nathan is the only child of Eric and Janice Butts who absolutely adore him.
